By downloading, installing, or using the I'm OK mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

I'm OK is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Send daily check-in notifications to invited contacts
• Receive check-ins from others who have invited them as contacts
• Record optional voice memos that are automatically transcribed
• View check-in history

The App is designed for daily wellness communication, NOT for emergency monitoring or medical care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use I'm OK. By using the App, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes

4. Account Registration

To use I'm OK, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the App
• Send false or misleading check-ins
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App to collect personal information without consent
• Rely on the App as an emergency response or medical monitoring service

6. Contacts and Invitations

When you invite someone as a contact:

• You represent that you have their permission to send them an invitation
• They must accept your invitation before receiving your check-ins
• You can revoke their access at any time
• They can opt out of receiving your check-ins at any time

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (messages, voice memos). By using the App, you grant us a license to process and transmit this content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on any third-party rights
• Contain harmful, abusive, or offensive material

8. Notifications and Alerts

I'm OK sends push notifications for reminders and alerts. You understand that:

• Notification delivery depends on your device settings and network connectivity
• We cannot guarantee that all notifications will be delivered
• Delays in notification delivery may occur
• You are responsible for configuring your device to receive notifications

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information

We specifically disclaim any warranty that the App is suitable for emergency response, medical monitoring, or any life-safety purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any personal injury, death, or property damage
• Any failure to detect or respond to an emergency
• Any reliance on the App for emergency or medical purposes

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I'm OK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

14. Governing Law
